Matcha Bros
Matcha Bros. Store - About us

I encountered matcha for the first time a few years ago during a trip to the USA. I never drank coffee regularly, only green tea. It turned out that matcha is a product very similar to green tea, but with much better properties. I was green in this topic, so when I saw the item on the menu: Matcha Latte, I wanted to try it. I liked it and felt exceptionally good after it. It was then that I decided to drink matcha. After returning to Poland, I started looking for matcha, but I did not find one that would suit me. So I decided to create my own. This is how Matcha Bros. was created in a nutshell. Our matcha is grown in Japan, in the Kagoshima and Aichi prefectures. We have regular deliveries and full control over the quality and traceability of our products. We pack it in Poland, which we do not hide and we are also proud of. Made in Poland ®

At Matcha Bros. We have 3 types of matcha: Ceremonial , Traditional and Culinary. The types differ primarily in quality, color, taste, nutritional content, and purpose. If you're always in a hurry, try matcha in Nespresso capsules or prepare a classic cup of matcha latte by adding it to your daily routine or enrich your favorite recipes with matcha. With our accessories and sets , learn the traditional method of mixing matcha with a chasen . For inspiration and tips on using matcha, please visit the recipes page, where we publish many ways to use matcha in everyday life.

To produce Matcha Bros, we only use Tencha leaves (Camellia Sinensis) from organic farms. The tea leaves are grown in nutrient-rich volcanic soil in Kagoshima and Aichi prefectures. Fresh spring water in high-mountain tea gardens, gentle cultivation followed by shading, and grinding into a fine powder on traditional granite mills create the unique taste of Matcha Bros.

A month before harvest, Tencha tea leaves are covered with black nets, gradually blocking access to sunlight. Shading tea leaves makes the leaves thinner, more delicate and more green in color, thus producing more chlorophyll and amino acids. Only young leaves are harvested to produce the best quality matcha.

This unique cultivation process makes matcha more nutritious than any other tea. When you drink matcha, you consume the entire tea leaf, retaining 100% of the nutritional value contained in it. When you drink regular green tea, you only use about 30%.

Eat and drink from it, all of you, and it will be good for us.
