Chasen - Bamboo matcha whisk

Chasen is a traditional bamboo whisk for mixing and preparing matcha tea.

100 flexible bamboo tendrils allow you to prepare matcha in a traditional Japanese way, mix it well and add the perfect foam. A matcha whisk is the simplest and best tool for preparing matcha tea. Thanks to the chasen, you can easily mix the matcha within 10-20 seconds, leaving no lumps in it, thus ensuring a real ceremony when drinking tea, e.g. in the form of a matcha latte . Made of white bamboo, which is more durable compared to regular bamboo. Our Chasens have as many as 100 bamboo "whiskers", which is more than standard Chasens available on the market, which only have 60-80 of them.

Allows you to mix Matcha tea without leaving any lumps. Undissolved matcha lumps have an extremely bitter and grainy taste, which is something we don't want when drinking matcha.

How to do it? Dissolve about 2 g of matcha in 80 ml of water at a temperature of up to 80 ° C, and then mix intensively with a Chasen until green foam is formed (with M-shaped movements).
