Ingredients:
• 200 g of white chocolate
• 2 bamboo spoons of matcha.bros
• a tablespoon of dried rose petals
• a handful of pistachios

Preparation:

1. Place a bowl over a pot of boiling water. Add the broken white chocolate, mix and melt.
2. When the chocolate melts, remove the bowl to the counter. Add matcha and mix intensively until green chocolate is formed.
3. Pour the mixture into a silicone mold or a cake tin lined with parchment paper.
4. Level the top and decorate with chopped pistachios and rose petals.
5. Set aside at room temperature for about 4 hours to set. Cut the ready matcha block into pieces.
