Anyone who likes to sleep longer on weekends and start the day with a sweet breakfast should definitely try this recipe. Classic fluffy pancakes with matcha green tea and maple syrup are a must for breakfast in bed. Preparation is very simple and similar to regular pancakes. The stimulating properties of matcha will give you an energy boost in the morning, the green color of matcha will improve the visual effect of your dish, and maple syrup will be the proverbial cherry on the cake. Matcha Pancakes / Matcha Green Tea Pancakes:
• 150 g of wheat flour
• 2 teaspoons of sugar
• a teaspoon of baking powder
• 2 bamboo teaspoons of matcha
• egg
• 180 ml of cow or plant milk
• 3 tablespoons melted butter

1. Pour flour into a bowl, add sugar, baking powder and matcha.
2. Add the egg and slowly pour in the milk to knead the dough with a whisk.
3. When the dough is smooth, add melted butter and mix again.
4. Place 2 tablespoons of dough onto a dry, heated frying pan (you can lightly grease it with butter).
5. Fry the pancakes for 2 minutes on each side.
6. Serve with maple syrup and fruit.
