Matcha Nalewka - Liqueur
On holidays, we dance chacha and drink matcha liqueur. Here's the recipe:
Ingredients:
•4 bamboo spoons @matcha.bros
•200 ml of hot water (temperature should not exceed 80 degrees)
•a can of sweetened condensed milk
•juice of 1/2 lime
•400 ml of vodka
Preparation:
1. Scald the bottles with boiling water.
2. Pour hot water over the matcha and stir with a chasen or coffee frother until you get a green foam. Let's cool down.
3. Pour condensed milk into a bowl, add matcha and lime juice and mix thoroughly.
4. Pour in the vodka and mix again.
5. Pour the liqueur into bottles. Store in a cool place for up to 3 weeks.
