Matcha Muffins - Cupcakes 🧁
Ingredients:
•egg
•60 g of sugar
•120 ml of milk
•70 g melted butter
•140 g of wheat flour
•2 spoons of baking powder
•2 tsp @matcha.bros
Cream:
•100 g white chocolate
•spoon of butter
•120 g of cream cheese
•spoon @matcha.bros
Preparation:
1. Crack the egg into a bowl, add sugar, milk, melted butter and beat.
2. Add wheat flour, baking powder and matcha.
3. Mix the dough thoroughly.
4. Place in a muffin tin lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees until the stick is dry.
6. Melt the white chocolate with butter in a water bath. Add the cooled mixture to the cream cheese, together with matcha, and mix.
7. Decorate the cooled muffins with cream and your favorite additions, e.g. pistachios, coconut chips or edible dried flowers.
They look and taste great with matcha latte :)
