Matcha Panna Cotta
Strawberries in matcholada are just the beginning! We have a recipe for Matcha Panna Kottka for you🐈
Ingredients:
Matcha Cotta:
•500 ml coconut milk
•80 g of powdered sugar
•3 teaspoons of gelatin + 3 tablespoons of water
•3 teaspoons @matcha.bros + 50 ml of lukewarm water
1. Pour gelatin with water, mix and set aside for a few minutes.
2. Pour lukewarm water over matcha and mix with a whisk or frother.
3. Pour coconut milk into the pot, add sugar and heat.
4. After a minute, pour in the matcha and continue to heat. Heat everything until it starts to boil.
5. Remove the pot from the heat, add the soaked gelatin and mix thoroughly until the ingredients are combined.
6. Pour the mixture into bowls, let it cool and put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
7. Soak the bottom of the bowls in warm water, turn them upside down and place them on a plate. Serve with strawberries.
Strawberries in matcholada:
•150 g white chocolate
•50 g butter
•2 tsp @matcha.bros
Preparation:
1. Place a bowl of broken white chocolate, butter and matcha over a pot of boiling water.
2. Heat until melted and stir.
3. Wash the strawberries and dry them thoroughly. Dip them in green chocolate and place them on parchment paper.
4. Put in the fridge for at least an hour.
5. We decorate the Panna Cotta with matcha strawberries.
Matcha latte will be the perfect complement to Matcha Panna Cotta ;)
