Matcha dumplings/dumplings
Ingredients:
Cake:
•300 g of wheat flour
•2 tsp @matcha.bros
•200 ml of lukewarm water
•3 tablespoons melted butter
•pinch of salt
Stuffing:
•250 g of semi-skimmed cottage cheese
•3 tablespoons of mascarpone
•2 tablespoons of sugar
•2 tsp @matcha.bros
Raspberries, sour cream
Preparation:
Cake:
1. Pour the flour into a bowl, add salt and matcha. Pour lukewarm water and melted butter slowly.
2. Knead the dough until it is elastic and forms a ball. If necessary, sprinkle the dough with additional flour or add more water.
3. Divide the kneaded dough into several parts. Sprinkle the board with flour, roll out one part of the dough thinly, and cover the rest to prevent it from drying out.
4. Cut out circles from the dough with a diameter of approx. 8-10 cm.
5. Place a spoon of filling in the center of each circle and form the dumplings, sticking the sides of the dough together. Place them on a tray lined with a cloth.
6. Cook the dumplings in boiling water for 4 minutes or until they float. Drain the water. Serve with matcha cream and raspberries.
Stuffing:
Crush the cottage cheese with mascarpone, matcha and sugar.
