Ingredients:

•150 g of wheat flour
•3 teaspoons @matcha.bros
•120 g of cold butter
•70 g of sugar
•pinch of salt
•400 g of fruit (we use strawberries, raspberries, gooseberries, currants, peach)
 

Preparation:

1. Combine the flour with matcha, sugar, butter and a pinch of salt.
2. Grease the heat-resistant form with butter and add the fruit.
3. Cover with the crumble and bake for 25 minutes at 200 degrees.
4. It tastes best warm with ice cream and with matcha latte
