Matcha Granola Bars

At work, at training, on a walk. They will be faithfully by your side every time your stomach growls. Matcha Granola Bars ready in 30 minutes!

Ingredients:


•2 ripe bananas
•2 tablespoons of peanut or almond butter
•4 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup
•3 teaspoons @matcha.bros
•300 g oat flakes
•150 g of your favorite dried fruit (we use: walnuts, pistachios, sunflower seeds, linseed, cranberries)

Preparation:


1. Mix bananas with honey and peanut butter. Add matcha to the mass and mix.
2. Add oat flakes and chopped dried fruits and mix.
3. Place the mass into a baking tin (22x19 cm) lined with parchment paper and smooth the top. Place in the oven preheated to 190 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.
4. Then cool the baked mass and cut it into bars. We store it in a glass or tin box.
