We give you a recipe for spicy pumpkin mousse for Matcha Latte 🎃
•250 g Hokkaido pumpkin puree
•100 ml of oat or cow's milk
•3 tablespoons of maple syrup
•2 teaspoons of spices
1. Cut the pumpkin, place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 40 minutes until it is soft.
2. Mix with milk until smooth.
3. Place in a pot, add maple syrup and spices.
4. Heat for 3 minutes. Put it in a jar.
