We don't know what gingerbread has to do with a windmill. But we know how to make matcha gingerbread.
Ingredients:
•180 g of honey
•100 g butter
•100 g of sugar
•500 g of wheat flour
•3 teaspoons @matcha.bros
•a teaspoon of baking soda
•4 cm of ginger root
Frosting:
•2 egg whites
•180 g of powdered sugar
•2 tsp @matcha.bros
Preparation:
1. Place honey, butter and sugar in a pot, add freshly grated ginger and heat until the ingredients dissolve. We cool the mass.
3. Add flour, matcha and baking soda to the honey mixture. Mix or mix until the dough combines into a plastic ball. If necessary, add flour or more honey.
4. It is worth cooling the dough briefly in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
5. Place them on a floured countertop. Roll out the dough to a thickness of approx. 2-3 mm. We cut gingerbreads of any shape. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 180 degrees until they are lightly browned. Let's cool down.
6. Beat the egg whites with a mixer until stiff. Then gradually add powdered sugar and carrots and continue beating with a mixer at low speed for about 5 minutes.
7. Decorate gingerbread cookies with shiny icing.
