Coconut Matcha Bars
Ingredients:
Bottom:
- a glass of dried apricots
- a glass of coconut flakes
- a glass of walnuts
- spoon of peanut butter
- pinch of salt
Top:
- 1.5 cups of cashew nuts
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 2 teaspoons @matcha.bros
- a spoonful of lemon juice
- a teaspoon of honey
Preparation:
- Pour boiling water over the apricots and drain after 10 minutes. Combine with coconut flakes, walnuts, peanut butter and a pinch of salt.
- Mix and transfer to a silicone cake tin.
- Combine cashews with coconut milk, @matcha.bros, honey and lemon juice. Let's mix.
- Place the mixture with a spoon on top of the coconut layer. Decorate with coconut chips.
- Place the cake tin in the fridge overnight or in the freezer for 2 hours.
- Cut into strips with a sharp knife.
