Coconut Matcha Bars

Ingredients:

Bottom:

  • a glass of dried apricots
  • a glass of coconut flakes
  • a glass of walnuts
  • spoon of peanut butter
  • pinch of salt

Top:

  • 1.5 cups of cashew nuts
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoons @matcha.bros
  • a spoonful of lemon juice
  • a teaspoon of honey

Coconut Matcha Bars

Preparation:

  1. Pour boiling water over the apricots and drain after 10 minutes. Combine with coconut flakes, walnuts, peanut butter and a pinch of salt.
  2. Mix and transfer to a silicone cake tin.
  3. Combine cashews with coconut milk, @matcha.bros, honey and lemon juice. Let's mix.
  4. Place the mixture with a spoon on top of the coconut layer. Decorate with coconut chips.
  5. Place the cake tin in the fridge overnight or in the freezer for 2 hours.
  6. Cut into strips with a sharp knife.
