Matcha Oatmeal

Who starts the day with oatmeal? Here's Matcha BROwsianka

Ingredients:

Matcha BRClassic porridge

  • 100 g of mountain oat flakes
  • 350 ml oat milk
  • 3 teaspoons @ matcha.bros
  • pinch of salt
  • a teaspoon of sugar/honey (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Pour oatmeal into the pot, add matcha and a pinch of salt. We sweeten it if we like.
  2. Pour in milk and cook for about 3-4 minutes until it thickens.
  3. Serve with peanut butter and your favorite fruit.

Matcha oatmeal porridge

Baked Matcha BROporridge

Ingredients:

  • 100 g instant oat flakes
  • 150 ml oat milk
  • 3 teaspoons @matcha.bros
  • egg
  • banana
  • a teaspoon of sugar/honey
  • 50 g of dark chocolate
  • raspberries
  • spoon of butter

Preparation:

  1. Pour oatmeal into a bowl, add matcha, egg, half a mashed banana and sugar. Pour in the oat milk and mix thoroughly.
  2. Pour half of the mixture into a heat-resistant form and add chopped chocolate and raspberries. Cover with the remaining oat mixture.
  3. Decorate the top with banana slices, raspberries, oatmeal and butter shavings
  4. Bake the oatmeal for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
