Matcha Oatmeal
Who starts the day with oatmeal? Here's Matcha BROwsianka
Ingredients:
Matcha BRClassic porridge
- 100 g of mountain oat flakes
- 350 ml oat milk
- 3 teaspoons @ matcha.bros
- pinch of salt
- a teaspoon of sugar/honey (optional)
Preparation:
- Pour oatmeal into the pot, add matcha and a pinch of salt. We sweeten it if we like.
- Pour in milk and cook for about 3-4 minutes until it thickens.
- Serve with peanut butter and your favorite fruit.
Baked Matcha BROporridge
Ingredients:
- 100 g instant oat flakes
- 150 ml oat milk
- 3 teaspoons @matcha.bros
- egg
- banana
- a teaspoon of sugar/honey
- 50 g of dark chocolate
- raspberries
- spoon of butter
Preparation:
- Pour oatmeal into a bowl, add matcha, egg, half a mashed banana and sugar. Pour in the oat milk and mix thoroughly.
- Pour half of the mixture into a heat-resistant form and add chopped chocolate and raspberries. Cover with the remaining oat mixture.
- Decorate the top with banana slices, raspberries, oatmeal and butter shavings
- Bake the oatmeal for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
