Ingredients:
Mini omelettes
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons @matcha.bros
- a teaspoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of oatmeal or flour
- a teaspoon of butter
Matcha BROFrench omelette
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons @matcha.bros
- spoon of butter
Preparation:
Mini BROmelets
- Beat the egg whites until stiff. Add yolks, matcha, flour and sugar.
- Place 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto a heated frying pan greased with butter.
- Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side. Serve with matcha cheese and fruit.
Matcha BROFrench omelette
- Beat the eggs with a fork, add matcha and mix again.
- Pour the mixture into a heated frying pan with butter.
- Use a spatula to gently scoop the mass towards the center.
- After less than 2 minutes, when the omelette starts to curdle, fold it gently with a spatula and fry for another minute.
- Serve with matcha cheese and fruit.
