Matcha Clusters
Healthy and tasty - these are my matcha clusters! 😋 These crunchy pieces are a real pleasure for the palate and full of healthy ingredients. Perfect for a snack between meals or an addition to yogurt. Discover a new level of taste and energy with matcha clusters! 💚🌿
Ingredients:
-200 g of Greek yogurt
-2 teaspoons @matcha.bros
-a tablespoon of honey or maple syrup
-150 g of chopped strawberries
Chocolate topping:
-200 g dark chocolate
-50 g of whipping cream
Matcha topping:
-100 g of white chocolate
-25 g of whipping cream
-spoon @matcha.bros
Preparation:
- Mix yogurt with matcha and honey, add strawberries. Transfer the mass to a silicone mold into larger cubes. Freeze for at least 2-3 hours.
- In a bowl over a simmering pot, melt the dark chocolate and cream. Pour over frozen yogurt cubes.
- Place it back in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
- In a bowl over a pot of simmering water, melt the white chocolate with matcha and cream. Mix to obtain a green glaze. Decorate the frozen cubes and put them in the freezer for another hour.
- The cubes are served frozen.
